● FINDING YOUR EXACT FIT
1) Take a string (or shoelace), hold it to the length you'd like your piece to lay and mark it. If you are measuring for bracelets and are holding the string tight to skin, be sure to add 1/2" - 1" for movement and comfort.
2) Lay string flat on a ruler or measuring stick to get your length

● SHIPPING

UNITED STATES:

  • US METHOD:  USPS unless otherwise specified by client or in description. Delivery confirmation included on U.S. domestic shipments. Insurance is optional. Should you desire insurance or a different carrier, please contact me prior to making payment.
  • SHIPPING Time (Domestic & International): Most items ship (leave the studio) within 3 -4 days of cleared payment; however, please allow 1 week during busy times. Custom orders are quoted on an individual basis.
  • DELIVERY Time (Domestic): Please allow 3-6 business days from date item is shipped to receive your items.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping prices listed on my site are for USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority Mail. Below I’ve listed what you can expect with this service as well as additional shipping methods which are available. If interested in Express Mail or First Class, please contact me so that I may set up a reserved listing with your desired shipping method and cost.

1) USPS International Priority Flat Rate Box:
    ~ ● ALL Gift packaging will be included
    ~ ● Does not include tracking options
    ~ ● Proof of shipping is USPS Customs Number which I provide to clients as confirmation of the item being sent.
    ~ ● Delivery time is typically within 6—10 business days (*SEE next bullet point)
    ~ ● *USPS guarantees 6 - 10 days delivery TO Country of Origin’s Customs agent; however, (and please note) the US Post Master advises it CAN take up to a total of 30 days for client to receive the package. Service depends on country of imports speed and efficiency
          in the delivery of package to the final destination.

2) Express Mail: (Optional - please contact me)
    ~ ● Prices start at $25 and up
    ~ ● ALL Gift Packaging will be included
    ~ ● Guarantee delivery within 7 business days
    ~ ● Has tracking mechanism

3) USPS First Class: (Optional - please contact me)
    ~ ● Prices start at $5 and up.
    ~ ● NO Gift packaging can be included as item needs to be sent in envelope no thicker than 3/4”
    ~ ● NO tracking mechanism
    ~ ● Items are shipped F.O.B., place of shipment. This means risk of loss or damaged goods is passed to the buyer.
    ~ ● Delivery Date: Undetermined. The U.S. Post Office can not provide an estimated delivery date for this option.

*IMPORTANT: Depending on the total value and/or size of the package, the country of import CAN impose additional custom fees which is the responsibility of the recipient.

(¸.•´ (¸.•`♥ All shop correspondence (order confirmations and shipping details) are sent through Etsy so please check your Etsy account once an order is placed. You can link your e-mail to your Etsy account so that E-mails are automatically sent to your e-mail address. To add this feature:

1) Click on the "Account' bar at top of your Etsy Page
2) Click on "Settings" bar on left side of page
3) Click on "E-mail" tab
4) Under General Notifications click "Edit" then check "Someone sends me a Convo" to activate

● When you place an order, you should receive an automatic notification through PayPal as well as Etsy. I too send will send you an Order Confirmation within 1 day of order received. I will follow-up the day the order is sent with your Delivery Confirmation Number or Customs Form Number. Be sure to check your Etsy account for this information.

● Custom Orders: I gladly accept custom order requests.

● Wholesale: Please contact me for pricing and terms.

● Repairs: I offer repair and cleaning services for all my products. In some cases, I can even fix or mend someone else's work. Contact me for prices and terms.

● Guarantees: If you're not happy, I'm not happy! I've built my business on honesty and client service and will do everything in my power to provide you with exactly what you want. So if your purchase is not what you expected, and you're being fair in your request, I WILL work it out!

● Just because your order is shipped does not mean I'm not here for you. I offer free cleaning of all pieces for as long as you own the piece (Shipping costs to and from my studio will be the responsibility of the client). I will also fix any broken pieces and make size adjustments for FREE during the first year of ownership.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

My goal is to make you not just happy, but ECSTATIC with your purchase so I gladly offer a 7 day money back guarantee (refunds not applicable to custom orders; however, size adjustments DO apply). I feel I offer one of the best refund and/or exchange policy you'll find on the net or in department stores.

Q. What if item doesn't fit?
A. I will make adjustments, just send it back! (see below for costs)*

Q. What if item is not what I expected?
A. No problem, just send it back within 7 days! (see below)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (custom orders excluded), I must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your package. The date is documented by delivery confirmation delivery stamped date. Once you contact my office, I will provide you with a shipping address and return code. If an item is returned without contacting me prior to, or outside the 7 day window, I will regretfully have to deny the return. Due to health code reasons, items must be undamaged, unworn and returned in original undamaged packaging. It is recommended that you use a reputable carrier with insurance as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in a return shipment. (Client will be responsible for return shipping charges.)
